Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

1. Responsible for routine sample analysis for finished product, stability and miscellaneous samples.

2. Adherence to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), cGLP (Current Good Laboratory Practice) and GDP (Good Documentation Practice).

3. Ensuring compliance with regard to observation data sheet along with the analytical data, analysis report and handing over the same on time to QA.

4. Preparation of batch release documents like STPs with observation data sheet, Method transfer and validation protocols etc.

5. Involvement in the Method transfer, Method validation& Verification protocols.

6. Coordinating and supporting for the review and release of Method transfer, Method validation & Verification activity and its records/reports and results.

7. Adherence to product specifications.

8. Qualification of Analytical instruments and Equipments (IQ/OQ/PQ) and Facility readiness.

9. Inventory management– Maintenance of reagents/Consumables stock pertaining to routine lab requirements and ordering the same.

1. QMS documentation, assisting in the technical aspects of the Change Control, Deviations, CAPA and Test Method revisions. Assisting to resolve Laboratory Incidents, Out of Specification (OOS), Complaints, Discrepancies.

2. Participate in the investigations, audits and continuous improvement initiatives for each project undertaking.

Any other activities assigned by the Department Head.
