Job Profile:
Excellent Communication in
English.
Provide Support to
International Customers.
Provide resolution of issues
faced by the customers.
Offer the right solutions to
the customers.
Quickly and accurately perform
multi-tasks like talking, listening, seeking information, and problem-solving.
Outstation candidates may
apply.
Working Days: 5 Days working
with rotational week off.
Shift Timings: Should be
flexible to work in Rotational Shifts.
Job location: Hi-tech,
Hyderabad Location.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experiences with Telecom domain
is Mandatory.
Undergraduates with Minimum 24
months experience of international voice Support.
Graduates with Minimum 12
months experience of international voice Support.
NOTE: Fresher are not eligible.
