1) Junior Relationship Executive and Probationary Officer for Freshers (Graduates and Post Graduates)

2) Assistant Manger and Branch Manager for Experienced

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for overall branch operations and profitability of the branch, Handling branch operations team, motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets month on month.

Ensure gold loan growth at branch month of month.

Responsible for canvasing and marketing all financial products of Muthoot Finance. Building relationship with customers and follow-up.

Increase interest collections of the branch and control on NPA's

Desired Candidate Profile

Freshers are also Welcome.

The candidate who is presently working in Bank Branch operations/Sales of new generation bank as Assistant Manager or Senior Sales executive, for a minimum period of 0 - 4 years .

Graduates/ Post Graduates with Operations & marketing experience in Banking and Financial industry .
