Educational Qualification
• Any UG Qualification for Experienced Associates / Graduation is Mandatory for Freshers with excellent communication skills (Preferably From Technical Background)
Work Experience - 0-5 years experience in Service Desk environment
Technical Skills :
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook
- Basic Desktop troubleshooting
- IE & Outlook troubleshooting
- Windows 10 troubleshooting
- Installation of Microsoft applications
• Skype & O365 troubleshooting
- Share point (Access Provisioning & Troubleshooting)
- Folder Access • AD Account Management
- Creation, Modification & Deletion of accounts
- Password Reset
• Account un-lock
- Adding users to security group in AD
- VPN troubleshooting •
- Hands-on experience in Ticketing tools.
Other Essential Skills Customer Service Skills Good communication skills Written & Verbal.
