Look after engineering store related all activities like reciept and issuance of consumable, spares and project items as per SOP, Co-ordinate with Purchase Department and supplies regarding discrepancy and rejection/shortage of materials as well as with other departments for day to day works, To generate PRS as per requirement of the concern department and ensure periodically reconciliation and follow up to close, maintain all GST documents as per legal rules.

1. Comply with all CGMP, GxP, or any other regulatory requirements, including EH&S requirements.
2. Complete training on relevant SOPs for job role Shift Officer and develop an understanding of the activities to be conducted prior to understanding any task.
3. Conduct all tasks/activities as per the applicable SOPs. Report any difficulty or deviation in following the procedures /instructions to immediate supervisors/managers.
4. Report any quality concerns and suggestions for improvements to supervisors/managers.
