B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M-Tech/MSc./MBA.
- Should be willing to work in shifts on rotational basis.
- Should have strong support experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills is a MUST.
- Resource should have extensive knowledge in FAST FORMULAS preferably worked for US clients
- Should have knowledge in HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), Spreadsheet Data Loader, Workflow, Integrations/Interfaces
