We are hiring for International Voice Process (technical support)
Job Location: Hitech, Hyderabad
Criteria :
- Under Grad / Grad with minimum 12 months of BPO calling experience.
- Should have ability to resolve International customer related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call.
- Research, diagnose, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Candidate should be flexible to work for Rotational Shift. Comfortable to work in 24/7 shifts.
- Ex- Employees are welcome, subject to eligibility.
NO FRESHERS.
Key Skills Required:
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Good Analytical and Interpretation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service.
-Technical knowledge
- Should have basic knowledge of troubleshooting.
Transportation Facilities: Both ways.
