Should have
exposure of Dispensing of Raw & Packing Materials.
Exposure of
handling of potent drugs is preferable with Isolator.
Knowledge of
SAP and regulatory environment, candidate should have faced USFDA/MHRA audits
etc.
Identify
improvement projects to make the product robust and improve Quality of product
using Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC/ DMADV) across all the FML sites.
Improve OEE
across site and Support TPM initiatives with day-to-day tracking of pillar
progress.
Support
sustenance of MOST work standards at the site.
Identification
of waste & workout action plan to eliminate waste and Create database
culture for better decision using various statistical tools.
Delivering
& coordinating training locally and drive 5S culture across Site.
