- MRP /APO / RCCP run , Coordinate with all stake holders (Plant , R&D,
Procurement), Inventory control etc.
Order
allocationto LL and P2P units considering capacity, regulatory requirement
andother feasibilitiesand sharing order copies.
SharingBatchplanwith
BD for order short close or excess approval and CMO Site for sequence of order
execution.
Checking
Master DataRBOM, PBOM, Recipe, PV, BMR,BPR., and chasing cross functional
dept.forupdating samepost order allocation.
Phasing
Planned ordersas per ETDandconverting in to Process ordersas per
executionplandiscussed withrespective CMO Site.
Bifurcating&AssigningFG.
batchesto billed & Free Qty.as per theexportorder Qty.
Sharing
STO. with excises team, CMO site and Regional depot for OBD.
DailySTO
closingof 95 % & above dispatched Qty.
