Applications are invited from suitable candidates for one
position of Research Associate under the Raja Ramanna Fellowship scheme
supported by the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE)., Government of India.
PLACE OF WORK
Rajiv Gandhi Centre for Biotechnology, Thiruvananthapuram,
Kerala.
QUALIFICATION and EXPERIENCE:
Essential Qualification:
An with a minimum of 4 years research experience in the field with sound knowledge
in the synthesis and evaluation of polymeric pro-drugs/ nanoformulations and
pharmacokinetic studies
Desirable Qualification:
Experience in the field of cancer chemotherapy and
biological evaluation of new chemical entities is highly desirable, PhD in the
relevant field is preferred.
AGE & EMOLUMENTS:
Below 40 years as on February 01, 2020. Age relaxation will
be given as per Govt. of India norms. 47,000 +16% HRA per month.
DURATION:
Initially for a period of one year and extendable up to 3
years or till termination of the project whichever is earlier based on performance
evaluation on yearly basis.
SELECTION PROCESS
Suitably qualified candidates may send applications in the

percentage of Marks obtained and attested photocopies of credentials and

Selection to the position will not entitle the candidate to any future
positions at RGCB (permanent or otherwise). As with all project positions at
RGCB, the position will be co terminus with end of the project. Filled
