About the project: National Centre for Photovoltaic Research
and Education (NCPRE) Phase- II
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Ph.D/MD/MS/MDS or equivalent degree or having 3 years of
research, teaching and design and developement experience after
MVSc/M.Pharm/ME/M.Tech with at least one research paper in
Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal
Job Profile:
Desirable: Excellent written and oral communications, and
data analysis skills.
Strong skills in collaboration and ability to work in an
interdisciplinary environment. Must have sound
knowledge in studies of polymeric systems used as
encapsulant, front sheet, back sheet, wires and connectors, adhesives,
sealants, and more.
1) Should conduct
research extensively in various polymeric systems used in solar applications.
2) Should be able to
understand and explain the degradation pathways of the different elements of a
photovoltaic module.
3) Should be able to
analyse and find out Polymeric materials possessing the excellent mechanical, thermal
and electrical dynamics and factors developing the reliability of Photovoltaic
devices.
Pay Details:
Consolidated salary Rs.38000/- p.m. + 30% HRA
General information:
The position is temporary for a period of 1 year and tenable
only for the duration of the project.
The appointment is for time bound project and the candidate
is required to work mainly for the successful completion of the project. The
selection committee may offer lower or higher designation
and lower or higher salary depending upon the experience and
performance of the candidate in the interview.
