Job Description: Hiring For PRODUCTION CHEMIST in Sami Sabinsa Group
Limited !
Roles and Responsibilities
Cleaning, checking, and ensuring sanitizing equipment, utensil etc., as
per standard operating procedure.
Check and Carryout production activities as per Batch manufacturing
records.
Maintaining and controlling all critical operations during the process
which includes Temperature control, pH monitoring and control, pressure
monitoring, spray drying, blending etc.
Operating of equipment like Fermenters, Centrifuges, Spray drier, Tray
Drier, Blenders etc., as per Standard Operating Procedures.
To ensure safety and self-hygiene measures during production process.
Responsible for House-keeping activities in the plant.
All other Routine works instructed by your reporting authority.
Core Responsibilities:
Upstream process to learn within 2 months & to operate
independently.
All critical probes / gauges to be noted and stock level information
collected. Critical fermentor requirements verification before batch starts
Fermenter automation updates like CIP process implementation Process up gradation
Trends analysis data collection.
