Job Description
1) To Design and carry out bench scale experiments.
2) To perform QBD experiments.
3) Identification of Crirical process Parameters.
4) Scale up of Newly develop products and trouble shooting.
5) Investigation in case of OOS.
6) Technology transfer of new products.
7) Knowledge of Process validation and documentation.

- Education : B.E / B.Tech Chemical Engineering,
- Experience: 12-15 yrs. (API background Technical Services)
- Job location : Aurangabad
Job Description:
1. Co-ordination area: Manufacturing, QA, QC, R&D, Project & Capacity planning
2. Support the Mfg. team in OOS & OOT investigation:
Identify exact root cause & CAPA implementation.
3. Capacity planning: Expansion.
4. Facility creation/Modification for process simplification.
5. Detail engineering during new technology evaluation and new project.
6. Cost improvement in existing product.
7. Time cycle reduction: Exploring new technology and continuous manufacturing
in applicable areas.
8. Identify the area for Automation implementation: Reduction Manual interface.
9. Optimize the solvent recovery cost effectively.
10. Knowledge of tools like six sigma, Kaizen for continuous improvement.
Note- Candidate from API Technical Services in Plant processing engineering preferred.
