QC-Officer
Bsc/Msc- Msc-Preferrable

Experience- 03 to 07 years
Basic Job requirement: Must have faced customer audits and Should have knowledge & Experience of HPLC/HPLC,GC,UV,FTIR etc
Basic Requirement:1) Must be familiar with sophisticated nistrument5 of QC Lab.- i.e- HPLC/UHPLC/GC/UV/FTIR etc.2) Must be familiar with cGLP Concept in Pharma Industry.3) Must be familiar with working Std/ Analytical Method Validation Qualification of Sophisticated Instrument.4) Must be familiar with Stability studies as per ICH Guidelines.5) Must be Familiar with % Assay estimation & related substance estimation on HPLC/UHPLC etc.6) Must be familiar with Good Documentation practices as per QC Lab in Pharma Industries.
Officer/Sr. Officer – EHS

Basic Requirement:1. To follow all defined SOP of plant at shop floor.2. To coordinate with other department related to safety issue.3. To review the site for authorized the permit to work.4. Report any accident / incident to superior.5. To conduct the toolbox talk with the contractual worker.6. To conduct the safety training.7. To monitor and maintain the safety equipment in good and healthy condition.8. To take plant round and identify the unsafe condition and act.9. To maintain records of safety checklist.10. To follow all rule and regulation of company.12. To comply the internal safety audit point.11. To take care of First Aid Box.13. Handling ETP Plant & Documentation14. Maintain Housekeeping of ETP Plant.15. As a safety committee member, he has to work to promote safety awareness and safe work practices in the work place.16. He is responsible to perform role and duties of emergency response team members as described in on site emergency plan and informed by management.17. He is responsible to ensure requirements of Emergency response code and assigned other responsible care code as per responsible care guidelines.18. Responsible to ensure the safety at work place.

Basic Requirement:1. Maintaining legal documents related to Environment, health & safety
2. Maintaining safety equipments e.g. extinguishers, showers, SCBA – Self Content Breathing Apparatus, oxygen meter, LEL meter
3. Conducting Safety Committee Meeting.
4. Arranging external training programme with the co ordination of P&A dept.
5. Incident/ Accident Management; investigation, root cause analysis and CAPA.6. Plant round for the verification of safety & environmental appliance as per the legal requirement.
7. Authorizing various Work Permit i.e. hot work permit, Height work permit etc.
8. Treatment & disposal of various hazardous wastes generated during the process i.e. effluents, ETP sludge, spent carbon, distillation, residues, etc.
9. Submission of all returns to GPCB like form 4, Form V (environment statement), monthly patrak and water cess return.
10. Compliance of observation made by the GPCB authorities during their routine visit to plant.
11. Co-ordination with CETP, NECL & Cement Industry for co-processing Waste for disposal of effluent and solid waste.
12. Ensure disposal of wastes as per GPCB guideline.
13. Ensure analysis of waste water as per GPCB guideline.
14. Monthly plant safety audit, preparation of deficiencies and their compliances.
15. Compliances of observation and suggestion of safety committee meeting.
16. Compliance to the observation and suggestion of factory inspector and factory medical officer during their visit.
17. Ensure inspection of pressure vessels, safety valves lift and hoists and other equipment (as prescribed under Factories Act) as per schedule.
18. Monitoring & completing the legal compliance & requirement.
19. Maintain Environment audit documents and Coordination with Third Party Environment Auditors.
