to advance / regulated market operations (USFDA) for OSD, Sterile Injectable
& Ophthalmic Products formulation USFDA Approved Unit at Paonta Sahib
Location in Himachal Pradesh. Designation : Technician / Sr. Technician
Department : Maintenance
Experience : 4-10 Years
Qualification : ITI / Diploma (Electrical)
Formulation : Sterile Injectable
Job Profile:
• Exposure of working in injection machines i.e Vial, Ampule, BFS, Ophthalmic.
• Operation & Maintenance of Injectable machines.
• Process Maintenance
• Knowledge of Electrical Troubleshooting
Designation : Sr. Officer / Executive
Department : Maintenance
Experience : 6-8 Years
Qualification : B.Tech (Electrical)
Formulation : Sterile Injectable
Job Profile:
• Knowledge for Plant Maintenance -Injectable machines , Packing Lines
• Knowledge of Electrical Drawings, Cabling, earthing, Panels, UPS, VFD, AC/DC
drives trouble shooting
• Knowledge of Energy saving initiation , Automation
• Knowledge of SAP, QMS, cGMP & GEP
• Preferable of Pharma Project execution, Autocad & HVAC,BMS Operations
Designation : Officer / Executive
Department : Qualification & Validation
Experience : 4-8 Years
Qualification : B. Pharma
Formulation : Sterile Injectable
Job Profile:
- Planning of Validation/Qualification Strategy as per Validation Master Plan.
- Preparation and Review of Qualification Protocol (IQ, OQ, PQ and RQ) and Reports of all Process Equipment and Facility.
- Equipment qualification for sterile dosage form (eg. Autoclave, Tunnel, HVAC etc.)
- Preparation and Review of Equipment Qualification Document.
- Execution of Installation, Operational & Performance qualification of equipment’s.
- Compilation of Qualification and Validation executed reports.
