Prepares the
list of vendors and updating them.
Secures
competitive price quotations for all purchases.
Does
Inventory management Ensured that budget stock availability as per the
requirements of various departments.
Reviews the
status of the available stock regularly.
Identifies
main purchase items for negotiations.
Prepares of
Purchase Orders and presenting them to the competent authority for approval.
Maintenance
of records involved in Pharmaceutical purchase operations.
Co-ordinates
with stores to minimize lead time in procurement of goods and in
standardization.
Selection
Process: The selection will be on the basis of Interview.
