Job Description: Hiring For Manager Quality Control
in Finecure Pharmaceuticals
Job
description
Manage,
plan and direct the Quality Control and Microbiology laboratories to ensure lab
testing provide the highest quality analytical support for manufacturing while
ensuring compliance with protocols, cGMP and safety regulations.
Direct
the work activities of the finished product / raw material and microbiology
work groups to ensure that testing is executed in a timely and compliant
manner.
Execute
and approve all laboratory investigations.
Review
and investigate all laboratory data outside of trend.
Review
and approve protocols and reports such as method validation, method transfer,
process validation and stability study.
To
ensure GLP compliances.
Provide
leadership, management, evaluation and training to all laboratory employees.
Establish
and implement a KPI structure to ensure optimal test / cost ratio.
Handling
regulatory audits like EU-GMP, MHRA, PIC’s, TGA, ANVISA and WHO.
Handled
project stage Quality Control Department activity.
Laboratory
consumable, Glassware, chemicals, standards management and procurement.
To
plan and approve the qualification/ validation documents and activity of area,
equipment and product.
To
update and provide/ensure the training of changes in pharmacopeia, regulatory
guidelines and observation of regulatory inspection faced by other
organization.
To
review technical investigation, Risk assessment and its management by ensuring
appropriate CAPA.
To plan
day to day sample analysis activities and approve or reject the sample.
To
develop and implement cGLP culture at work place.
Leadership
quality and People development.
Man
power management and people development.
Required
Candidate profile
Candidate
should be smart, dynamic and dedicated with good communication skills and
individual having mindset for growth and excellence.
Should
have leadership qualities to lead team within department & inter
department.
Should
have skills to impart training to the team.
