Roles and
Responsibilities
Planning,
organizing and implementation of training of Diagnostic Centres, Doctors,
Coordinators, Calling agents and Supervisors
Conducting
periodic training and assessment and upskilling the staff as per the given
protocols
Coordinate
with the hubs for synchrony of the training and adherence of the schedule
Continuous
evaluation of trainings for the staff and generating training needs
Percolating
good understanding of Clinical Processes, Insurance and related policies &
National Programs through the Training programs
Preparing
skill-will metrics and profiling of the trained staff
Implementation
and maintenance of complete quality assurance mechanism as per the set
protocols by periodic audits on all the Processes
Generation of
monthly performance report on the quality of service delivery.
To work under
guidance of the Quality Manager for Supervision of adherence to the Health
policies and Clinical Guidelines of the Healthcare delivery
