Manufacturing for OSD- 

Position: Sr. Executive / Executive Microbiologist (Female Candidate)

Only Local working candidates are apply.( Hyderabad)

Job Description

•          System Development in New Micro Lab

•          SOP Preparation and Implementation of system in Microbiology section.

•          Microbiological method development for Product to be manufactured 

•          Performance Qualification Protocol preparation and Execution of PQ for all Microbiology equipment and systems

•          Environment Monitoring by Air Sampling and Settle plate method

•          Water Analysis (Raw Water , Potable Water and Purified water)

•          Media Preparation , Sterilization, Media fertility checks by growth promotion test (GPT)

•          MLT Validation

•          Maintain media consumption, utilization and stock record

•          Investigations following any failures or out of trend/specification results

•          Compliance of Microbiology lab with regulatory requirement updating

•          To face Internal Audit, Regulatory Audits

•          Support in Audits from Customers and Health Authorities and follow up on CAPA

•          Preparation and Executions of GMP training programme and GMP training

•          Site Quality Objectives and quality improvement projects. Lead or participate in quality improvement projects

Education / Skill sets

•          Master’s degree in microbiology with Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing plant

•          Knowledge of GxP regulated environment and Exposure to International regulatory inspections

•          Strong ability to understand, adopt new technology / dynamic pharma requirements

•          Good communication and Fluency in English, Agility to work beyond time bound hours and Good negotiation skills. Insisting, yet polite with personal authority, Good teaching capacity

Reporting :Direct Reporting to Head Quality.
