Job Responsibilities :
To learn and
become knowledgeable in various aspects of Operations, Maintenance, Information
Technology and Techno-commercial role.

independently on assigned tasks on completion of training.

Develop a
good understanding of operations, maintenance, computer science and new
business initiatives.
Learning how
to supervise others and monitor the work of contractors

to plan the work for operating & maintaining plant and site facilities
efficiently.
Participate
in key activities of refinery like Major projects, Turnarounds, Safety
initiatives etc.
Attend
various meetings of Operations and Maintenance to develop sound understanding
of roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders.
Job Purpose :
The purpose of job role is to perform the manufacturing operation such as machine operation, dispensing of raw material and equipment/area cleaning as per SOP.
Accountabilities
:
Manufacturing
activities like sterilization, vial washing, vial filling, bulk manufacturing,
vial sealing, lyophilization, visual inspection which shall include respective
machine operations
Coordination
with engineering Machine for trouble shooting.
Dispensing of
Raw materials /Packing materials.
To complete
Batch manufacturing activity as per the instruction as SOP & BMR.
To record the
each unit operations in logbook and BMR.
To perform
the batch operation as per the machine standard output.
To maintain
cleanliness of the area & equipment as per the GMP Norms.
To use
Consumables items wisely.
Outcomes and
KPIs
To complete
the batch manufacturing activity, machine operations as per the standard output
to achieve the daily & monthly targets.
To complete
the Batch activities as per the standard time and within the established hold
time.
To complete
the batch processing activity with minimum errors and deviations.
To achieve
the yield of products as per standards
To achieve
the zero error for the documentation.
To achieve
the zero shortage for consumables to complete the production targets.
To prepare
the documents as per the timeline.
