Job
Description:
Daily performance check and maintenance of
Analytical balance, Conductivity meter, pH meter, FT-NIR and Hand balance.
Cleaning and
maintenance of Raw materials and API Products Sampling tools.
Online
monitoring of my SAP and LIMS activities and release as and when completes the
analysis.
Reporting of
failures, incidents and concerns to the supervisors as and when happened.
Shall be
undergone the functional trainings as well as other training.
Following of
safety measures as per the given guidance.
Ensuring that
shift-work is handed-over appropriately to reliever before leaving the lab.
Online
analysis and documentation immediately after completion of activity.
Ensuring
housekeeping of laboratory & cleanliness in place.
Review and
submission of Bulk and Finished related documents to QA.
Pasting of
labels in time and ensure reconciliation of Raw materials, packing materials,
Intermediates and Finished products labels.
Temperature
Recording of Quality control Lab.
Any other job
given by HOD.
Ensure
compliance to all cGMP, cGXP or any other regulatory requirements.
Complete
self-training.
Report any
quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to managers.
Skills
Required:
Analysis of
Raw materials, packing materials, inprocess, intermediates, Bulk and finished
products.
Role:
Conducting
sampling of Bulk and finished products as per current SOP for Sampling and
Testing.
Analysis of
Raw materials, packing materials, inprocess, intermediates, Bulk and finished
products.
In warding of
inprocess and intermediate sample in Category-I inward register.
Release of
Raw Materials, packing materials, Inprocess, Intermediate, Bulk and finished
products as per SLA.
Preparation
of reserve sample, sample for analysis, outside sending samples immediately
after sampling.
