Designation
- Customer Support Associate (CSA).
Job Profile
- Have to resolute customers query over Call
Mandatory Criteria for Email Process:
- Must be a Graduate.
- For Email - Min 1 year experience in Email process from a Telecom/BFSI/Retail industry.
- Must have excellent writing skill
- Must be able to speak good English, Hindi & Bengali
Mandatory Criteria for Semi Voice Job
- Must be a Graduate.
- Fresher's can apply
- Must be able to speak good English, Hindi & Bengali
Mandatory Criteria for Voice
- Must be a Graduate.
- For Email - Min 6 month experience from voice process.
- Must be able to speak good Hindi (Spoken English not required)
Other Important :
- Customer orientation.
- Ready to work in Shifts window of in between 7 am to 9 pm.
- No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
- 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
- Stipend based training
- Fixed Salary best in the market
- No Sales target
- Full time permanent Job
