Job purpose
To coordinate with all internal stakeholders for Planning of
Biologics Development Lab stores management.
Key Responsibilities:
To perform timely initiation of material procurement, receipt
for development lab.
Perform and/or ensure the following activities:
Providing required information to purchase team for the
procurement activity
Ordering of material (material inventory evaluation, PR
creation, Tracking and coordinating with the purchase team)
Stock posting for the required material
Perform Inventory Management for Biologics Operations
covering the following elements
Monitoring Optimum quantity of material as per the
requirements and lead times for the procurement, receipt, and release.
Support to ensure timely execution and closure of SAP
documentation related to material management.
Perform periodic review of inventory for ensuring material
availability for all the ongoing projects.
Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at
all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS)
measures imparted company.
Educational
Qualification:
Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
Technical/functional Skills:
Should have manufacturing and formulation development
experience.
Experience:
3-6 years post qualification
