Graduation,12th and 10th in first attempt and all subjects at one go.
Any additional certification
would be a plus

Aptitude in
Java/.Net/PHP/Frontend skills.
Oops concept and SQL.

Flair for Programming Skills.
Excellent Oral & written
Communication Skills
Should be very Proactive by
nature
