Job Description
Job Location- Gurgaon
Job Title- YSA ( Chat Process )
Work Type- 6 months Contractual
Role.
Work Shifts -9.5 hours a day.
Working Days- 5 days working
(Monday to Friday) however if required to work on an additional day, salary for
that additional day will be paid.
Transport- Currently Work From
Home however once office resumes, nodal pick up and drop facility will be
provided
Salary - 15000 PM
Internet Reimbursement- Maximum
up to Rs 1000 PM or actual ( original bills provided )
Requirements-
Must have wifi connectivity
with a speed of atleast 25 MBPS.
Must have a laptop/ desktop.
Good communication skills.
Good typing speed.
Roles And Responsbilities-
Understand all applications and
tools required to day to day job
Understand how to navigate the
claims SOPs
Understand all YSA plan types
and relation to claims processing
Have a working knowledge of key
clients and variances therein (details to be found in the SOP)
