Key Accountabilities:
Acts as Service Delivery Expert. In this role,
o Combines expertise for R&D-relevant technologies and
R&D functional applications and processes
o Delivers services for applications in scope as per agreed
service levels and in compliance with all applying internal and external
regulations
o Supports and executes system configuration from a
functional perspective
o Provides application support for end users from business
functions, in particular 2nd-level support (via ticketing system)
o Manages functional list of values
o Performs user management and administration tasks
o Continuously seeks to improve services for R&D
functions by conducting corrective and preventive actions
o Handles day-to-day interaction for infrastructure-related
operations and consults Solution Designer for complex discussions as required
Education
· Basic degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. computer
science) or related work experience in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry
· Sound knowledge of current regulatory standards and
procedures, in particular eSubmission
· Sound pharma IT background (VEEVA Vaults)
· Trained in business IT support and administration (e.g.
ITIL), preferably in Regulatory Operations
Work Experience
· At least 2 years of professional experience in a
pharmaceutical company or service provider, thereof at least 1 year in
Regulatory Affairs
· First experience in eSubmission management
· Strong experience in managing system administration
support, preferably for IT systems used in Regulatory Affairs
· Strong experience in system lifecycle management
· First experience with managing software vendors and
external service providers
· First experience in qualification and validation activities
