Job Profile
To analyze the in process
sample of intermediate & final product received in FC2 IPQC.
Preparation &
standardization of reagent solutions used in analysis to ensure authenticity of
results.
Handling and calibration of
sophisticated instruments (HPLC, GC, UV & Tintometer etc.).
To maintain good house keeping
and safe work practices.
To calibrate lab instruments as
per standard operating procedure.
Perform analytical instrument
trouble shooting.
Reviewing and establishing
process control standards and methods to implement them in in-process control
analysis.
To check standards and factors
for each process samples to ensure accurate analysis.
To have the awareness about IMS
(ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 & RC 140001)
To have the awareness about TPM
& cGMP.
The Person
Qualifications & Experience
Full Time MSC in chemistry. 2-3 years of relevant experience in the
instrumental analysis of IPQC Lab.
Personal Characteristics Good
inter personal and positive attitude in work. Excellent in verbal and written
communications.
