Main Responsibilities &
Tasks:
Use technical knowledge and
process experience to assist sales and application specialist in evaluating the
trial/demo requirement and maximize our business opportunities
Establish and standardize
trial/demo process/report from technical level and support the results
converting to the real sales
Manage overall sample and demo
budget and expense
Establish onsite customer
installation/training SOP and improve customer satisfaction rate
Allocate and manage the
application specialist resources in different regions together with regional
sales managers in efficient way and match their regional sales plan
Handle customer technical
complaint properly especially for key accounts and strategic accounts
Communicate with global technical
team to fulfill the technical gap whenever it's necessary
Lead key products application
development and drive the local application paper publication
Support field marketing
activities and training requirement especially in new and key products
Maintain the relationship with
key product users and opinion leaders, build up products reference list and
user list
Provide training plan and
improve the technical capability of individual product application specialist
to let them become general specialist
Manage the team and ensure the
continuity plan for the whole specialist team
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in
biotechnology, biochemistry or similar life science disciplines
5-8 years of experience in Life
Science Industry with process development and manufacturing experience, at
least 3 year's team management experience
Proven skills of relevant
process unit operations in cGMP Bioprocessing
Good Market Knowledge
(Customers, Competitors & Regulations) and certain network in the
biopharmaceutical industry
Excellent written and verbal
communication skills in English
Excellent teamwork skills and
proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams without formal
authority
Autonomy, Discipline, Focus,
Customer Oriented, self-motivated and also can motivate others
Good working knowledge with
computer tools and programs
Know how to deal with the
conflicts especially in dealing with customer complaint
Good training and presentation
skill
