We are hiring Customer Service Associate for Voice and Chat process at Amazon Development Center (India).
Coimbatore: - Work from Office as Customer Service Associate - Chat & Voice Process.
You will be working from home until the pandemic situation.
Salary: - 1.69 L to 2.2 L
Pune: - Work from Office as Customer Service Associate - Chat & Voice Process.
You will be working from home until the pandemic situation.
Salary: - 2.06 L to 2.2 L.
Shift: 24*7 Shift (Should be comfortable to work any 9 hours a day including Night shift with 2 consecutive rotational week offs.
Additional Benefits Offered Excluding the package:
Zeta Meal Card - INR 1100/month i.e. 13,200/- PA
Health insurance benefit 5 LPA
Night Shift Allowance - INR 150/Night
Overtime Allowance as per company policy
Internet Allowance (Only work from home) - up to INR 1250
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification is 10+2 pass & any graduate can also apply.
Must be fluent in English communication and willing to work in night shift
