HCL Chennai is recruiting Engineering candidates, The selection
process includes an online test, Technical and HR interview. Selected
candidates will undergo a fee-based skills training in IT software at HCL
Chennai before starting their job in global projects at HCL Technologies.
Only Candidates meeting the below eligibility criteria (Degree wise)
will be allowed to attend the selection process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate with BE / B. Tech / MCA / MSc (IT / CS / SE) / MS
degrees.
--Graduation year of passing should be 2017, 2018, 2019 or 2020
- Should have secured 65% or above in 12th and Graduation
- No standing arrears

Candidates would be required to submit below mentioned documents in
photocopies to qualify for selection:

Selection Process:
1. Online Aptitude Test
2. Online Technical &
HR Interview.
On successfully clearing the aptitude test & interview rounds
candidate will be eligible to enroll for a 6 months training program with HCL
Training and Staffing Services. On successfully completing the Training,
candidate will be deployed under payroll of HCL Technologies.
The Program:
This is a 6 month Training and Deployment Program which addresses
critical skills required for desired transformation from student to a
best-in-class IT professional, enabling the learner to launch careers in
Application Development Skills & Infrastructure Management. In the past 4 years,
over 7000 graduates have successfully completed the program and are now
deployed in HCL Technologies. The Program consists of a 3-month class room
training and a 3 month on-job training module. The 3 month class room training
is conducted in Chennai / Madurai campus. The 3-month on-job training module
will be conducted at Chennai / Madurai Campus. On the job training location
will be assigned by HCL, from locations pan-India.
Designation: Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee
Stipend:
INR 5000 per Month during the On Job Training (OJT) - 4th Month Till
6th Month
Salary:
CTC of INR 2.6 Lacs per annum; (on completion of On Job Training) to
be increased substantially on Probation Confirmation.
Work Location: Chennai / Bangalore
Program Fees:
Selected Candidates will pay a program Fee of INR 1,77,000.
Bank loan assistance from Axis & IDBI Bank
*In Case of loan assistance candidate will have to pay INR 35,400
and the balance INR 1,41,000 can be availed as bank loan
