Wipro DO& P is Hiring min 1 yr to 2 Yrs of exp into Payment Risk/ Fraud Analysis.
Job Description:-
- Able to investigate Financial Fraud and action system generated queued reviews for potential chargebacks, stolen payment instruments, gift card fraud, fraudulent coupons, chargeback categorization
- Help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time.
- Become and remain knowledgeable about clients products
- Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
- Escalate issues to SMEs/QAs
Required Skills Set:-
- Language requirements: Able to read & write in English along with good Native language skills
- Should be a Graduate and NO Post Graduate especially (MBA/ MCA)
- Analytical approach & logical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Personal experience using internet websites and social communication tools
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong articulation skills
- Should be able to follow policies & procedures diligently as prescribed by the business
