Monitoring
of shop floor IPQA activities for Filling and Packing Operations according
to defined procedures
- ·
To
provide line clearance for activities like Filling, Visual inspection and
packaging operations
- ·
Review of
manufacturing SOPs and executed BMRs /BPRs
- ·
To
involve and ensure closure of QMS actions like Deviations, Change controls, OOS
and CAPA
- ·
Monitoring
and Review of Aseptic Process Simulations and Process Validation
- ·
Conducting
Failure investigations and Root cause analysis
- ·
Monitoring
of Environmental Monitoring activities
- ·
Preparation
and compilation of data for APQRs
- ·
Management
of control samples
- ·
To
conduct risk assessments
Desired:
·
cGMP/Regulatory
awareness
·
Must have
good soft skills and computer skills (MS-Office-Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
·
Preferable
from vaccines background
·
Knowledge
in conducting risk assessments
Basic Qualification and Experience:
·
Must have
post graduation in Biotechnology/Microbiology/Chemistry
·
Must
have 3 to 5 years experience in handling of IPQA shop floor
activities for Filling and Packing Operations
