packages per target delivery model and practices.

domain specific stream and these streams will have has the mission to scale and
adapt the workforce focused to service delivery aligned with business and
portfolio evolution for the domain.
While maintaining an optimal sourcing model to ensure best in class
talent evolution with competitive utilization and overall efficiency.

Role
Description:
Bachelor's/Master’s
degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
10+ years of
Tech experience with 7+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale
application/system/platform/integration architectures
Proven strong
technical architecture and design skills in variety of systems such as Java,
Spring Boot, JavaScript, ReactJS, node.js, Python
Experience
working in engineering practices such as pair programming, continuous
integration, test driven development and incremental design
Experience in
ELK, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Cassandra, Maria DB will be an additional plus
Experience
using testing frameworks such Junit/Selenium/Cucumber on a daily basis and
writing code without tests
Knowledge on
IT Application architecture, Design methodologies across multiple platforms
Experience
with code refactoring, design patterns, design driven development, continuous
integration, building highly scalable applications, application security
Understanding
of Single sign on, LDAP, Enterprise Search, Cognitive services and Natural Language
processing a plus
Experience
with Microservice based architecture and containerization technologies such as
docker and Kubernetes
Experience
with Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
Understanding
of data modeling, PL/SQL and NoSQL
Experience
with build tools such as Jenkins, Jira, Gerrit, Sonar Cube, Artifactory
Understanding
of non-functional areas like performance, scalability studies, human
interaction, software ergonomics and security
Advanced
understanding of algorithms, data structures, performance optimization
strategies and best practices
Knowledge of
agile software development process
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop
creative and efficient solutions
Building
strong relationships with business partners, technology teams, and internal
development communities
Effectively
participates in business process reviews and can facilitate journey mapping
efforts Proactively identify opportunities for development and automation
Work with
Product Leads and Market Delivery teams for program delivery
Team Capacity
and Competence Build Up, Partner Management
Work with
team of Lead Architects, Program managers and Delivery managers.
