We are hiring experienced candidates for the role of OTC -Marketing Finance Analyst.
Job Purpose:
- To act as the Finance lead for the Marketing business with supporting activities within Supply Chain and Credit Management. - This includes the timely provision of management information, compliance with internal and external reporting requirements and to offer finance support in business strategy and planning.
- The role will interface with a number of key stakeholders and business area's.
Knowledge:
SAP Experience
Expert in Reconciliation.
Contract Renewals
Revenue forecasting
Knowledge of Marketing Business & Reporting within a Manufacturing environment desirable
Ability to analyse and solve problems
Experience:
Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors.
Evaluating new credit request and reviewing customers, credit rankings with banks.
Setting up of terms and conditions of credit.
Ensuring timely payments of debts.
Following up payments as needed
Negotiating re-payment plans.
Responding to relevant client enquiries.
Processing and reconciliation of invoices.
Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems.
Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required.
Managing sales ledger.
Providing administrative support to the team.
Be able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
Expert in Monitoring the Bank websites for Payment from the client.
