Job Description
Capturing accurate and complete demographic details of the
caller
Receiving calls and answering them as per defined protocol
Maintaining and following all the quality parameters
Should be flexible to work in shifts
Will be responsible for the promotion of government schemes
and programmes and IEC activities
Excellent typing speed in both English and Hindi
Qualification:
Nursing( ANM, GNM, Bsc Nursing)/ pharmacy ( D- Pharm,B -
Pharm) / Life science also eligible for this role.
Willing to work in call center shifts.
