Job Description
Ensure the compliance with corporate policies (Quality, Safety, COBE
etc...) and Ensuring cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices)
Planning and execution of
activities related to Manufacturing Quality Assurance.
Review and approval of master and
executed batch records, process validation documents.
Investigation, root cause
analysis, Corrective Action and Preventive Action for the incidents / other
quality notifications.
To review, approve and ensure
implementation of CAPA from all investigations as applicable.
Review of validation /sampling
protocol, Stability, Hold Time Study, Cleaning validation protocols &
Reports
Evaluation, review and approval of
Change controls.
Preparation, and review of
Standard Operating Procedure's /Standard Cleaning Procedure's related to all
functional departments.
Handling exposure on software
systems like SAP and PAS|X.
Review and approval of Bill of
Materials (BOM), Material / Product Code extensions.
Storage, retrieval, control,
retention and destruction of control sample of finished product and raw
materials.
To perform the in- process checks,
sampling for intermediate & finished product.
To certify the equipment &
area line clearance at shop floor.
Review of intended Master Packing
Records and executed Batch Packing Records.
