This position is intended to facilitate the validation/quality
check of deliverables (i.e. categorized social media mentions near real time
for one business day or 3 calendar days). As per the process requirement, we
need to complete both first layer and QC validation within one business day of
capturing these social media mentions by our engine- AETracker. Hence not
filling this position would create difficulties in operational coordination,
can lead to defects/low quality deliverable s and could be a violation of the
contracts signed with the client. Eventually not filling position may lead to
loss of potential revenue for the GDC and the US BU. Additionally there is
potential for more projects of this nature in the pipeline which may start in
Q'1 / Q'2 2020
Principal Accountabilities:
• Analyze and interpret unstructured data in diverse therapy
areas (e.g. comments on Facebook, Twitter, other
social media channels) for tracking adverse events, ensuring
100% accuracy by conforming to the SOPs
• Lay strong emphasis on quality, ensuring zero errors during
execution and/or review of comments while
analyzing adverse events
• Coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Willing to work on public holidays/weekends on rotation
basis (if required)
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) / Bachelor
of Dental Surgery (BDS) / BSc in Nursing / B. Pharm / BSc in Biotechnology or any other relevant degree
from a reputed university with 0-5 years of work experience in clinical research organizations/regulatory
affairs in the pharma industry or clinical pharmacist experience in a reputed hospital. The concerned should also
be able to review medical records and work in customer enhancemnet programs ,
hence the need for a HCP

Knowledge, Skills and Traits:
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical
regulations and their impact on decision-making,
growth, and decline of the industry
• Tech-savvy with awareness of patient-physician networks in
social media channels
• Excellent reading comprehension skills and attention to
detail to ensure pristine quality
• Good verbal/written communication and ability to
understand/interpret colloquial language on social media
• Ability adjust working hours to support deliverables and to
coordinate with the team
• Computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Internship exposure in pharmacies, medical institutes or
hospitals, and/or previous experience in PV practice will be an added advantage
