Job Description

Preparation of Mass balance, Energy balance Utility Load Calculation, and Sizing & Selection of Equipment.

Sound in Basic Chemical engineering

Good Understanding of Unit operation and unit process

Apply cutting edge process engineering tools to solve the process related problems that arise during drug product development using conventional or continuous drug product manufacturing processes

Scale up of New Molecules from R&D to pilot & pilot to Commercial level.

Receiving technology from R&D, carry out pilot studies and lead the technology transfer activities at plant.

Interact with cross functional team to drive the project within specified time frame.
Preparation of Hazop & Risk assessment study.

Should have basic understanding of process safety (RC1e, DSC and thermal run away reactions)

Should have work in GMP environment and basic understanding of quality systems.

Qualifications

MSc - Organic Chemistry

1Yr to 3Yrs of work exp.
