Quality Assurance Manager Chai Point Quality Assurance Intern – Microbiology / Food Tech , Bachelor's Degree
Primary Objective
Responsible to assist in co manufacturing as per Production plan and ensuring the Quality and compliance at various level.
Job Responsibilities
Technical Skills
Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues Monitor all operations that affect the quality Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff at manufacturing sites.
Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output Appraise customers’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied.
Study various consumer and create CAPA for same.
Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data
Review current standards and policies Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
Ensure all legal standards are met
Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspection
Supervising and assisting all Production and quality Activities
Direct responsibility to achieve targeted efficiency, Yields, Losses and usage factors for ingredients and utilities.
Direct responsibility for achieving performance indicators.
Direct responsibility for GMP & GHP scores for Co manufacturing.
Direct Responsibility for implementing a food safety management system.
Coordinating with supply chain and arranging RMPM for production.
Assisting engineering support wherever the support is required. Coordinating with Co-manufacturing team and aligning smooth operation.
Internal audit and compliance documentation for various certification.
Handling quality of warehouse locations and market study report.
Soft Skills
Adhere to Company Administrative Policies and Procedures. Ability to understand the Values of the company.
Ability to Participate in cross-functional teams to achieve specific goals and objectives
Ability to communicate ideas, goals and policies of company orally and in written form within and outside.
Ability to understand the internal customer-supplier relationship within the plant organization.
Basic computer knowledge (MS – Excel, MS- Word, Tally, ERP & SAP ).
Work in an environment friendly manner by using resource intelligently and reducing wastages.
Open to relocate and perform outdoor duties in different cities across the nation for months even
Educational Qualification
Degree or Diploma in Food Technology / Engineering (Hand on Experience in the food industry will be Preferred) or Bachelor of science.
