looking to hire a Operations and Quality Technician to join our team in Lote,

Responsibilities
/ Duties
Follows
Operating Discipline policies, principles, procedures, standards and practices
to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
Ensures adequate operating discipline is available for all planned and
unplanned activities.
Operates and
field checks process equipment. Monitors process conditions, key performance
metrics, equipment and control systems and makes appropriate decisions to
maintain and/or achieve desired rates and conditions aligned with
Plant/Site/Business goals.
Works with
shift team members and other shift teams to leverage skills and knowledge to
balance workload ensuring assigned tasks are completed by due dates.
Operate the
plant safely per standard operating procedures to produce the intended products
with all PPEs
Activities
include de-drumming, additive preparations, packaging , tanker
loading/unloading
Operating the
PLC Process control system
Sampling of
inprocess/final samples
Conducts
effective shift relief, as defined in facility specific operating discipline
and tools, to ensure effective communication and handoff to arriving shift
team.
Performs
Autonomous Maintenance, including minor repairs and preventative maintenance,
utilizing appropriate policies, procedures, processes and disciplines.
Safely and
Accurately analyse products and components following EH&S, Operating
Discipline and Quality standards and specifications.
Perform BBP
observations, intervene for any unsafe behaviours/act and report and escalate
Test
materials for qualities such as viscosity, density, %NCO, OH#, acidity, amine
content, water content , Cake mould , Free Rise(Polyurethanes) Profile etc.
Use proper
PPE and perform Housekeeping as required in plant and Lab.
Perform job
duties to satisfactory levels in support of the business and the team. Ensure
adequate communication between shifts and functions to ensure safe and accurate
completion of Jobs.
Complete
Training as directed.
Expected to
participate as team members in their area of work or an area of interest.
Intervenes
for unsafe behaviour and coaches teammates to watch out for each other. Does
Not Tolerate Unsafe Acts. Coaches team mates to correct behaviour or Reports
unsafe acts immediately to EH&S Delivery.
Requirement
and Experience
Job open for

BSc.
Chemistry or Diploma in chemical Engg/Tech with 0-3 Years experience
Ability to
work Shift Work
Ability to
work effectively with teams and team members
Ability to
draft SOPs
Workstation
Skills ( Outlook , Word, Excel , PowerPoint )
Good Verbal /
written Communication Skills
