Technical Assistant / Sr Technical Assistants/Executive : ITI / Diploma / B.Sc candidates /
D.Pharmacy/B.Pharm with 2 - 7 years of relevant experience in Granulation, Compression
, Capsule Filling, & FBD & RMG.
Machine Experience:
Granulation: Ganson, Bactochem, Saan
Compression: Killion
& Fette, Sijong machine etc.
Coating: Ganson
Capsule filling: ACG
Palm(AF40T, AF ZRO200T)etc.
Required Candidate profile
Production Experience with Minimum 2- 7 Years in Pharma Manufacturing (Formulations - OSD)
,having exsposure in
Granulation, Compression , Capsule Filling, & FBD & RMG.
Machine Experience:
Granulation: Ganson, Bactochem, Saan
Compression: Killion & Fette, Sijong machine etc.
Coating: Ganson
Capsule filling: ACG
Palm(AF40T, AF ZRO200T)etc.
PACKING Department - OSD (Pharma - Formulations)
Technical Assistant / Sr Technical Assistant/Executive : ITI / Diploma / BSc candidates / D
Pharmacy/B.Pharma with 2 - 7 years of relevant experience in
Bulk or Bottle packing, Secondary Line Trouble shooting.
Requirement for Bottle Packing Secondary:-
1 . Labelling Machine
(Pharmapack)
2. Labelling Machnine BPO Systum (Jekson)
3. Outserter Machine (Pharmapack)
4. 360 Machine (Jekson)
5. 2D machine (Jekson)
6. Online Documentation
Having basic knowledge for US products serialization
Requirement for Blister Packing Secondary:-
1. WKH 100 Cartonating Machine (Elmach) + GUK Unit -Leaflet
Folding
2. TnT Machine (Jekson)
3. Tamper Evident Machine (Jekson)
Having Basic knowledge of EU-FMD Serialization
Required Candidate profile
B.Sc - Any Specialization, Diploma - Any Specialization,
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
