Design and execute the synthesis of target molecules
Effectively trouble shoot problems and proactively seek
alternate routes for synthesis of target molecules
Ensure that safety protocols are always followed, and the
experimental details are written up in ELN or pLNB contemporaneously
Manage a group of 3 – 4 chemists
Interact with clients and reporting managers on daily or
regular basis.
Supervising the team members
Participating in the regular teleconferences or
videoconferences for maintaining an effective client communication.
Maintaining a good talent pool and minimizing the attrition.
Exploring and acquiring knowledge in new areas of chemistry.
Maintaining the productivity metrics.
