Designation :  Officer / Executive (OSD & Sterile Injectable)

Qualification:  B.Sc / M.Sc

Experience :  1 to 6 Years   

Key Responsibility:

Have knowledge of HPLC, GC, Dissolution for Oral Solid Dosage and Sterile Injectable (Tablets, Capsules, Vials, BFS)

Department : Microbiology 

Designation :  Officer / Executive (Sterile Injectable)

Qualification :  B.Sc / M.Sc

Experience :  1 to 6 Years

Key Responsibility:

Have experience in Micro Lab operation in Sterile (Injectable) facility, Knowledge of Sterility Testing, Micro Testing of WFI, PSG and Purified Water.

Department : Maintenance (Engineering)

Designation :  Sr. Executive / Executive - Electrical

Qualification :  Dip/B.Tech

Experience :  6 to 10 Years

Key Responsibility:

* Ophthalmic, PFS, Vial M/C, 3 PC (Eye Drop), Plant Maint

* Electrical trouble shooting, Switchgear, Energy saving,

Isolator/VHP, Project execution & QMS

Department : Maintenance (Engineering)

Designation :  Technician/ Sr. Technician - (Electrical / Fitter) 

( Sterile Injectable/Eye drops)

Qualification :  ITI

Experience :  6 to 10 Years

Key Responsibility:

Vial/ Ophthalmic,  PFS , Amp,  Vial / BFS Machine Plant Maintenance 

Department : Production

Designation : Capsule  /  Compression / Granulation Operators

Qualification :  12th/ITI/BSC

Experience :  2 to 6 Years

Key Responsibility:

* Handling of coating machine 24""36"",66"" 150""

* Handling of RMG/FBD/FBP top and botton spray.

* Handling of extruder and spheronizer.

* Handling of Capsule filling machine, Powder in capsule, Pallet in Capsule Multiple tablet in single capsule, TFA with NFD, Handling of checkware.

Department : Production (Packing)

Designation : Executive / Sr. Executive

Qualification :  B. Pharma / M. Pharma

Experience :  6 to 8 Years

Key Responsibility:

Serialization (Recipe creation, Reporting,Master data creation, Protocol for different type,CCP, Deviation study, Investigation,BPR,SOP & Qualification, ERP / SAP transactions, Tracwise and Track & Trace

Designation :  Operator

Qualification :  12th / ITI

Experience :  6 to 8 Years

Key Responsibility:

Blister/Bottle Line Operator, Can independently handle primary area.
