Microbiologist
Job Description
The main purpose of role
Manage Bulk water plant GMP, adherence to micro biological
testing
Communicate all quality processes and controls and enable
execution to ensure timely startup & sustained quality
Implement MCPs & MSPs and SOPs related to Quality
Control to ensure no microbiological challenges
Lead Bulk water microbiological performance improvement
Build the plant microbiologist and other team capability to
deliver sustained performance
During Project phase: partner in startup and commissioning
activity
Accountabilities:
Communicate all Cleaning & Sanitation Processes and
Controls and enable execution in all Bulk water sites
Ensure the right media & test methods are available
& implemented in all Bulk water sites
Ensure that the latest MSP is available & implemented
Review the micro. trend analysis for each site &
identify the risks if any
Support the teams to capture the early signs of micro.
Contamination.
In case of trouble shooting develop the action plan &
ensure the adherence
Proactively plan and execute Maintenance Schedules in QC,
esp. WTP / CIP areas
Ensure water quality is maintained as per MCP / MSP
requirements
Ensure BIS, and FSSAI compliance in place
Ensure the plant QC manning is as per the template
Run the capability build programs by conducting Class room /
On job trainings & work with
Manage Food Safety compliance during the operation
Confirm CIP and machine foaming in accordance with CIP
matrix and quality recommendation
Execution of trials as per plan
Drive AIB and TPM culture.

Trade Quality Score
Compliance to Quality / Food safety audits
Discuss improvement plans with Quality Control Manager /
Plant Manager and provide resources to line.
Qualifications/Requirements
M.Sc. / B.Sc Microbiologist with at least 2-3 years of
experience preferably in FMCG environment
Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation
