Watch and
Scout relevant colorant raw materials & technologies from suppliers,
introduce them to laboratories and ensure their integration in order to
participate to the development of innovative, performant and safe
cosmetics/personal care finished products.
Translate
strategic directions into operational actions vis-à-vis our suppliers
Understand
laboratories technological needs and make relevant proposals from suppliers or
within existing portfolio
Build a good
knowledge of existing internal Raw Materials portfolio in order to allow a good
analysis of added value of new supplier’s proposals
Ensure raw
materials valorization through different Métiers and applications
Identify
emerging technologies to allow transfers to cosmetics industry and applications
Develop and
sustain valuable relationship with strategic suppliers to allow access to new
raw materials, develop new strategic supplier relationship, and identify new
possible collaborations
Follow-up the
consolidation of RM dossier working closely with RM qualification hub.
Ensure RM can
be industrialized, working closely with stakeholders such as Purchasing,
quality, domain labs etc.
Maximize
efforts to allow transformation into significant business for both L’Oréal and
supplier
Develop a
strategic vision and roadmap of Colour hub activity in India
Develop
strong international network within DIMP and also with other relevant internal
expert communities like sourcing, safety, regulatory, sustainability etc.
Good
understanding of IP, right to market etc.
