Quality Assurance - Formulation (OSD, Softgel, Liquid)

Key Responsibility:

-IPQA activities in warehouse, OSD/Softgel/Liquid section

-Ensure GMP and regulatory compliances

-Issuance of BMR and BPR

-Document Control System

-Preparation of stability study protocol

-Stability chamber monitoring, preparation of APR

Designation:  Executive/ Sr. Executive

Qualification: B. Pharma/ M. Pharma

Key Responsibility:

- Review reports of HVAC validation, LAFs & RLAFs validation

-Review the VMP schedules and carry out the activity

 -Preparation of Process validation protocol, cleaning validation protocols and hold time study

Quality Control - Formulation (OSD, Softgel, Liquid)

Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive

Qualification:  M.Sc-Chemistry/ M.Sc-Pharmaceutical Chemistry

Key Responsibility:

-Knowledge of AMV and Technology transfer

-Knowledge of empower 3 software on waters HPLC

-Knowledge on data integrity and 21 CFR part 11 compliance

-Knowledge of management of calibration of all analytical instrument

-Knowledge of IQ,OQ of new instrument

-Preparation and review of specification STP and MOA

-Knowledge of QMS

-Knowledge of empower 3 software on waters HPLC

Designation:  Executive / Sr. Executive

Number of Position: 05

Qualification:  M.Sc.-Chemistry/ M.Sc.-Pharmaceutical Chemistry

Key Responsibility:

-Good Knowledge of empower 3 software on waters HPLC

-Good Knowledge on data integrity and 21 CFR part 11 compliance

-Liquid chromatography, Dissolution, audit trial, review of calibration of analytical instrument
