Job Description:
· To ensure
line clearance procedure during manufacturing and packing operation at all stage.
· Performing in
process checks during topical dosage
form and review in-process results and ensure that the results comply with
standard specification.
· Monitoring
for online documentation during batch manufacturing and packing stage.
· Responsible
for checking and final inspection of the records such as logbooks,balance
calibration and verification record,cleaning and sanitization record,
temperature and humidity record etc.
· To carry out
sampling of blend, core control samples,finished samples,stability
samples and
submit to QC analysis.
· Monitoring of
cGMP compliance at the shop floor.
· To carry out
calibration of instruments in IPQA laboratory.
· To carry out
sampling during process validation of different stages as per protocol &
online fill the report of in process.
· Reporting and
follow up for compliance of non compliance at shop floor on daily basis.
