Valley Power Projects [P] Limited (CVPPPL), a Joint Venture Company among NHPC
(A Govt. of India Enterprise) (49%), JKSPDC (A Govt. of J&K Undertaking)
(49%), and PTC India Ltd. (2%), formed at the initiative of Government of
J&K and Government of India to harness the vast hydro potential of river
Chenab was incorporated on 13.06.2011 with an authorised share capital of Rs.
3500 crores as on date. CVPPPL has been entrusted with execution of Pakal Dul,
Kiru, Kwar and Dul Hasti (Stage-II) Hydroelectric Projects in Chenab River
Basin, Distt. Kishtwar (J&K) with an aggregate capacity of 2714 MW. The
Company intends to recruit 45 Trainee Engineers (Civil) for its Project sites
through GATE-2020 in 03-phases. However, in the first Phase, recruitment shall
be made for 20 vacancies as per the details given below
