Fellowship:
Rs.12000/14000(JRF/SRF)per month(consolidated)
with other allowances as admissible by CSIR, Govt. of India rules. The Fellowship
is currently available for 2 year and 8 months (approx.)
Essential
Qualifications:M.Sc. in Chemistry (with Physical ChemistrySpecialization)
from any recognized
Institute/Universitywith minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a ten-point scale (throughout
from class Xto the qualifying degree). For SC/ST/ Person with Disability (PwD) category,
a minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA on ten-point scale(throughout from class X to
the qualifying degree) is required.CGPA will not be converted into percentage
marks and vice versa.Candidates should also beNET / GATEqualified.
Candidates,
who are already working in a research project in any University/Institute and
satisfying the minimumeligibility criteria as mentioned above, may be allowed
to appear in the interview and if selected, a no objection certificate (NOC)
from the Principal Investigator (PI) of theconcerned project is needed for availing
the fellowship.All the original documents will be verified before beginning of
the interview.
If anything found wrong,applicant’s candidature will liable to
be cancelled.
