Urgent Hiring for Tele Coordinators
Position: Tele-Coordinator
Role & Responsibilities
The tele-coordinator shall be expected to follow the SOP of
the Client's Patient Support
Programs. For any deviation or exceptions to the
SOP, the tele-coordinator shall take
written approval from Client Managers
before proceeding.
1. Receiving patients' calls / enquiries: The
tele-coordinator will be expected to receive patient / caretaker calls,
ascertain the patient's eligibility for the program, and brief the caller on
the program details / benefits & documentation required. The telecoordinator
shall be expected to be polite with patients at all times and follow the
script.
2. Follow-up calls: The tele-coordinator shall call the
patient every month after enrolment and follow-up regarding the patient's
well-being, doctor visits, dosage and ask for updated prescription when
available with the patient. He / she shall be responsible for briefing the
patient on the educational material / utility input that is due during the
follow-up call.
The tele-coordinator shall verify the patient's eligibility
(based on SOP) before dispatching the Free of Cost (FOC) medicine. If the
patient is ascertained as eligible, the tele-coordinator shall also verify the
mailing address of the patient.
The tele-coordinator shall call the enrolled
patient every month and remind him/her of monthly Dose. Also ensure that
patients eligible on the program based on SOP shall get the FOC.
3. Making the First Call based on Leads: In case the patient
lead is forwarded to the tele-coordinator by a program field coordinator or hospital
coordinator, the telecoordinator shall make the first call to the patient to
brief him / her on program details and eligibility requirement.
4. Making dispatches: Once the patient's eligibility for a
utility input / educational material or FOC is ascertained, the
tele-coordinator shall be responsible for initiating the dispatch.
5. MIS / Call logs: The tele-coordinator shall maintain call
logs in an agreed format and send MIS reports to Roche as per the agreed
schedule: a. Patient enrolment details b. Dispatch update of program
deliverables c. Issues / exceptions
6. If any information related to product safety (adverse
event information) is brought to the attention, then the same should be
forwarded to the appropriate Client contact within 24Hrs of time.
Educational Qualifications:
1. Minimum of bachelor's degree in Pharma (B.Pharm Only)
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office
3. Good Client facing and internal communication skills
Shift Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Two way transports will be provided
